The hotel was fairly clean with very helpful and really helpful staff and satisfactory breakfast. The rooms were well-appointed and impeccably clean with required things, like central heating, a laptop-size safe, and multi-channel television.

Great that they have wheelchair accessible rooms with balcony; everyone is welcome here. Booked it for gbp 1656. The stuff was absolutely amazing, offered us wake up service and ironing free of charge. 

I was pleasantly surprised by the efficient and friendly check-in process at Palazzo Versace. The staff were welcoming and even gave me a refreshing glass of ice tea upon arrival. I had a memorable stay and would recommend this hotel.
